For online payments, we currently accept all major credit/debit Cards such as Visa and Mastercard and UPI modes such as Paytm, Phonepe or Googlepay (via razorpay payment platform). Because razorpay is a very safe payment method for purchases online. You can use Razor Pay as a pay path to pay via your Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard and most major credit cards. Prices are shown mainly in Rs.
The amount deducted will be in Rupees. Razor Pay and your credit card provider will convert to your currency. We have no control over the real-time currency exchange rate. The currency conversion on our website is an approximate conversion. The full amount payable will be shown at the time of checkout. By paying this amount, you have agreed to the real-time exchange rate offered by Razor Pay or credit card provider. We are not responsible for any further transaction charges incurred by your bank or credit card provider.

It is important you enter your full address correctly at the time of order. This is the responsibility of the customer. Please review your address upon order. If you notice on your receipt that you have misspelled or included incorrect details, please contact us immediately, as once goods are dispatched we cannot be responsible for errors made on your address. Our address labeling is automated and cannot pick up on errors or omissions. Orders shall not be resent /refunded/cancelled should an address error be made.
SHIPPING & DISPATCH
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Transit times can vary from country to country and some countries are considered slow transit. (Please see below)
Our main priority is you. You’ve chosen to order with us and we really appreciate your custom, therefore, we aim to dispatch as quick as we can and generally our record is within 5-7 days.* Please note, this is the time we dispatch from our store. Please allow time for delivery in addition to this. The length of time to reach your address can vary according to postal services and location.
Postal and courier services operate Monday-Saturday.
*With the exception of busy periods such as Second Saturday, Government Holidays, restock times and when we have a specific SALE on. Even then, our main priority is to get you your orders dispatched as soon as possible.
ONCE WE DISPATCH
PLEASE NOTE: Dispatch time is between 5-7 days. You will receive an email to confirm your order has left our store. Once we have dispatched, unfortunately the time it takes to reach you is out of our control. Delivery times can vary from State to State and Country to Country. We can give you an estimated time only. The postal service we use is Bluedart And DHL and we use their transit estimator: https://www.bluedart.com/home which gives an estimated transit time from Delhi (India) to your State/Country. Transit times vary according to the size and weight of a package.

To Delhi (India): 1-2 business days after dispatch. Courier transit times are generally 24 hours, max 48 hours.

IMPORTANT: It’s advisable to order in advance of any personal requirements such as birthday/gift to allow for dispatch and transit time.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES (STANDARD POST)
99% of the time, standard post is very effective and efficient. In the event that a customer reports a package undelivered after the estimated time of delivery (https://www.bluedart.com/home), we then aim to track the delayed or missing package with Blue Dart parcel, “missing parcel investigation”. This will ensure we find out where exactly the item is e.g., if it’s been delivered and where to. The system has proven very effective for us. Please note we cannot send out a repeat order/refund until we retrieve the missing item.
Note: The company will not be responsible for missing items should you give postal instruction other than your own address such as “if not in, leave in rubbish bin at back of house” or “leave in neighbour’s porch” or any instructions of such nature.
Delayed Packages could be due to a slow transit State/Country. This can vary according to customs and post office policies in each State/Country.
We cannot file a missing parcel claim until this time period has passed as your parcel may still be in transit.
Returned Packages as a result of “Not being picked up” or “Not possible to deliver to customer”.
Should we receive a parcel which has been undelivered and returned to us, we will notify you. In this instance, payment will be required to resend the item. Should you not wish for the item to be resent, credit or a refund will be issued less original shipping charges.
SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
In the unlikely event of anything arriving damaged, please notify us at Selfie Kurtiz in writing or via email within 24 hours (firstname.lastname@example.org).
We offer a 07 days return policy, the 07 days start from the day on which you receive your order. We will accept returned merchandise provided that it has not been opened or any security seals broken.

SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE OR CREDIT NOTES
Please use sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your original packing slip. Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorization from email@example.com, please enclose a copy of the email in your return, we cannot accept returns we know nothing about. When returning an item please use recorded delivery, we cannot process refunds or replacements for items we never receive.
If you wish to return anything we must receive it within 07 days of our return authorization being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund your credit or debit card the relevant amount less shipping and any restocking fee.
If you are returning an item that is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return, we will pay for the return postage provided you have only used the lowest cost method of postage available.
