Please read the enlisted Terms & Conditions brief before placing an order. It will be implicit that the customer has unconditionally accepted all the terms and conditions when making the payment or placing an order.

1.Exchange complaints should be raise within 24 HOURS after receiving the product.

2. As a company policy we do not provide return/refund on any product once sold. Once the Selfie kurtiz pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size. Customer will be issued a credit note, in case the desired size of the product is not in stock.

3. 360 degree parcel opening video is compulsory. The unbox- -ing parcel video is required in case of any damage or wrong or missing item, issue must be clear in the video without any pause or cut and reported within 24 hours of receiving the percel.

4. While we strive to offer you best quality products however, we do not take guarantee on embroidery/zari etc. Returns on the basis of these conditions will nor be processed.

5. Do expect slight colour variations or brightness due to digit- al photography or mobile-computer monitor settings. 10-20 % colour difference is normal. Therefore there is no EXCHANGE on basis of colour resolution.

6. Small issues like thread pull, removable stains or spot, open stitching will not be considered for EXCHANGE.

7. Exchange parcel should come in primary packing, multiple fold are not allowed.

8. Products that are on sale or discounted, are not eligible for exchange. Please go through the size chart carefully for on-sale products.

9. No exchange or return for Accessories, Belts.

10 Do not accept the parcel if the parcel was opened, or cut.

11. If the product is not from sale is eligible for size exchange, you may contact with SELFIE KURTIZ team within 24 WORKING HOURS of delivery to request an exchange.

Once accepted by the selfie kurtiz team during next working day, please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have a reverse pickup facility.

Please do not forget to take receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. SELFIE KURTIZ will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense and is non-refundable.
